How to Register
Click the “Register for HAC” link below and enter your information (not the student’s). These must match exactly the parent/guardian contact information in our system that is associated with your child:
- First Name
- Last Name
- City
- Zip Code
A message with your username and password will be sent to the personal email address the district has on file for the parent/guardian of your student. Once your account is created, click the “Log In to HAC” link below.

Registration successful, but I didn’t receive an email
If you have already registered at any point in the past, you will not receive an additional email with information, even if you register again. Click the “Login to HAC” link below and select “Forgot my username and password”. If you still are not receiving an email, please contact your student’s school site and confirm the email they have on file for your record.
If you have never registered in the past, and registration was successful, but you aren’t receiving an email, please contact your student’s school site and confirm the email they have on file for your record.
Registration failed – “Contact information could not be found”
You should be entering your own name, zip and city on the registration page (not your student’s). Please contact your student’s school site and confirm the information they have on file for your record.
I registered before, but forgot my username/password
If you’ve already created an account but cannot log in (forgot password), visit the “Log In to HAC” link below and click the “forgot my username or password” link. If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, please contact your student's school site to confirm your information.
Information is unavailable
Some data (such as homeroom teacher, schedule, and testing scores) may be unavailable during summer break when the systems are being refreshed for the new school year. Generally parent/guardians will be notified when test scores are available in HAC.
