Teresa Youssofi, a sixth grade teacher at Loma Verde Elementary School, has been announced as one of the twelve finalists for the KI Learning Space Competition. Ms. Youssofi's application was selected from hundreds of entries, making her one of the top finalists for the entire nation.
For the competition, teachers were asked to design their ideal learning space for their students using KI Design’s free Classroom Planner tool and to provide a description describing the space. If chosen, Ms. Youssofi will be awarded $40,000 in new furniture for her classroom.
