PIP-Parent Intervention Program

The Parent Intervention Program (PIP) is designed to support children with behavior challenges and provide their caregiver with effective strategies to parent more efficiently. If you are experiencing significant behavior difficulties with your child, and are interested in learning new strategies to address the behavior, our Parent Intervention Program is here to help. Children should be between 3-6 years old.

PIP - Parent Intervention Program includes individual training sessions and opportunities to practice new skills learned within a safe and professional setting. PIP staff includes experienced parents who have been through the program with their own child and understand what you are going through.

PIP Program:

  • PIP meets every Monday and Wednesday
  • Morning session:      8:30 - 10:30
  • Afternoon session:  12:00 - 2:00
  • No fees: Your contribution will be through participation by volunteering your time later as a "payback parent".

For more information or to schedule an intake appointment, contact Barbara Wilt, PIP Social Worker at ext. 6471.
