Board Announces Vacancy Appointment Process
At the December 16, 2024, CVESD board meeting, the Board of Education unanimously voted to move forward with an appointment process to fill its vacant seats, Seat 1 and Seat 5. Applications to fill these seats are due by January 8, 2025, by 12 p.m.
The Board will interview the selected candidates at a public meeting on January 17, 2025, accept oral or written public input, and select the appointees by a majority vote. The Board will advertise in the local media to solicit appointee applications. Click here to access the application.
