CPR Training
CPR/AED and first aid training are required for district applicants, classified staff, and permit teachers. The following positions require certification and renewal every two years:
- Bus attendant
- Noon duty supervisor
- Nurses
- School attendance secretary health specialist
- School secretary
- Student attendant
We will accept certificates only from training through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. The training must include first aid and adult and child CPR with AED. This information must be indicated on the certificate. Currently, we are only offering renewals for current employees. For any questions, please get in touch with our Human Resources Department.

Please note that we do not accept online-only courses. You must complete a course that includes the in-person skills test and demonstration.
