Valle Lindo Campus Modernization

What You Need to Know

At the December 17, 2025, Board of Education Meeting, the Chula Vista Elementary School District Board of Education approved the modernization of Valle Lindo Elementary School, funded through Measure M.

This comprehensive modernization project is designed to enhance learning environments, improve campus infrastructure, and support student success for years to come. The project timeline spans from July 2026 through July 2028.

During construction, Valle Lindo Elementary students and staff will be temporarily relocated to either Fred H. Rohr Elementary School or Loma Verde Elementary School. 

Valle Lindo Elementary will continue to operate as its own school community on each shared campus. Additional details, including transportation and school assignments, will be shared as the project timeline approaches. The district is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all families and staff.

Additional details and information regarding logistics, zone transfers, transportation options, supports for siblings, and school operations will be shared in upcoming communications.
