2024 California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act

We accept bids for the project(s) listed under "Current Bid Opportunities" below. The district has opted into the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCAA). As a result of this action, contractors must register with the district to participate in any public works projects. This is not the same as completing the prequalification process or DIR Registration. Contractors who wish to work with the district on public work projects must complete the Contractor Registration Form below.
