Raptor Visitor Management
The Raptor Visitor Management System helps keep our schools safe by screening all visitors when they check in. It scans IDs, checks security databases, and prints visitor badges to ensure only approved guests enter our buildings. This extra layer of protection helps us create a safer environment for all students and staff.
Campus Access and Safety Protocol
Board Policy BP 3515.1, Campus Access and Safety, requires parents/guardians to check in through the district’s visitor management system (Raptor) to accompany their child to the designated morning drop-off area or escort them to their classroom.
Parents/guardians must proceed directly to and from these designated areas and exit campus by the first bell. While on campus, all visitors are expected to follow site-specific safety procedures and comply with staff directions.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, parents/guardians are encouraged to download the Raptor app before visiting their child's school. The app will pre-register your credentials and provide you with a QR code that you can scan upon arrival.
