Online Enrollment

Welcome to Online Enrollment!

Due to the CoVID-19 situation, our online enrollment process has been modified in order to accommodate parents while neighborhood schools are closed. 

This process is for new students or for those who left to attend another district and are returning. Continuing students DO NOT need to re-enroll.

You must register at your neighborhood school to begin the process. If you do not know your neighborhood school, click » School Site Locator.   

If you want to transfer to another district school, the staff at your neighborhood school can assist you with transfer information.  You may also review the School Transfer web page for further information.

Please read through all the following information carefully:

  1. Click ONLINE ENROLLMENT to begin.
    • You will need to create a new account.  Click on the "Register New Account" link just below the login link.
    • For the 2020-21 school year, please choose the 2021 option.
    • Please be sure the registration information is completed in its entirety, then click the "SUBMIT" button

     

  2. Complete the PDF fillable Student Placement documents found at the bottom of this page:
    • Emergency and Health Information
    • Important Health Issues
    • Home Language Survey
    • Record of Prior School Programs and Special Services
    • CAIR Parent Information Form

     

  3. If you are enrolling your child in Kindergarten or 1st grade, you will eventually need to provide the following forms, completed by your child’s physician and dentist:

    • Oral Health Assessment
    • School Entry Health Checkup

     

  4. Staff from your school of residence will be contacting you via email with instructions on how to complete the process. This will include emailing the completed Student Placement Documents above, along with the following required documentation:
    • Child’s birth certificate
    • Child’s immunization record
    • Parent’s photo identification
    • Parent’s proof of residency - current and dated within 60 days (click here for accepted documents)

     

  5. Required documents may be sent as an attachment via email back to school staff by scan or photograph.

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL RECEIVES ALL THE COMPLETED REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. SCHOOL STAFF WILL CONFIRM VIA EMAIL THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
