The library is an essential part of the educational program which helps to supplement the classrooms with reading material and fill other needs such as research.

Care of Library Books:
We invite the cooperation of all students in the care of our library books. 
Please help your child to:
· Keep books clean
· Not bend or tear the pages
· Turn pages from the top
· Not treat the book roughly
· Return them to school when they are due (books may be renewed)
· Protect books from weather, animals, babies, food, etc.
 
It is the child’s responsibility to take care of the books that he/she borrows from the Library.  If your child damages, destroys or loses a library book, parents will be asked to pay for it.
