2013-2014 PRE-REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2013-2014 school year begins February 27th!

NEW THIS YEAR - you can start the registration process on-line!

Simply go to:

http://www.cvesd.org/PARENTS/Pages/Online-Registration.aspx

Required Supplemental Health and Residency forms still need to be completed and turned in to complete registration. These forms will be available at the school office beginning February 11th. To complete your registration, print and sign your online forms, and bring them with the supplemental health forms, birth certificate, immunization record, and residency document to the school office on or after 8:00 a.m. on February 27th. Registrations will not be accepted before February 27th. If you have any questions, please call the school office at (619) 482-7066.
