Applications Now Being Accepted for Members for the Chula Vista Elementary School District Independent Citizens Oversight Committee

The Chula Vista Elementary School District (District) is seeking applications to fill the following two (2) vacancies within the Chula Vista Elementary School District Independent Citizens Oversight Committee: one (1) citizen active in a senior citizen organization and one (1) citizen active in a bona fide tax payers organization. The application period for the Chula Vista Elementary School District Independent Citizens Oversight Committee will be from July 19, 2019, through August 23, 2019, with applications due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2019. At its regular meeting of September 11, 2019, the Board of Education will appoint two new members to the Committee. Membership recommendations by the Board shall be based on the information contained in the applications.
