McMillin Elementary School, a state-of-the-art school for the 21st century, will prepare all students to be literate, responsible citizens with an enthusiasm for life-long learning.  The essential elements of the school's program are:

McMillin Elementary School believes each child develops as a whole person, academically, socially and emotionally.  Student-based decision-making process will be used to develop collaboration and meaningful involvement among all stakeholders and to promote goodwill and pride in the McMillin Elementary School community.
