Dress Code
Students at the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter School must wear a school uniform.
The school staff reserves the right to make judgments on any article of clothing, mode of dress which poses the potential for the disruption of learning and/or compromises a safe and orderly learning environment.
Free Dress is occasionally awarded to students. On your child’s birthday he or she can come to school in free dress (no uniform). If child’s birthday is on a weekend, they can wear free dress on Friday before or Monday after. Students are to wear appropriate clothing. Students on Field Trips must wear school uniform. Any School Spirit Days merits the use of clothing pertaining to the event, if student chooses not to participate, they must wear their uniform. On the last day of school, the day is considered a non-uniform day – all other days, please check with school office.

We appreciate your compliance with the uniform policy. However, in the event your child is not wearing the correct attire a phone call home will be conducted and/or a letter will be sent home.
