Notice To Bidders
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chula Vista Elementary School District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive up to but not later than the time indicated below, sealed bids for the award of the following:

Openings

Dispensers and Supplies - Bid #09/10 -18
May 21, 2010 -- 10:30 am  | Publication dates: May 5 and 12, 2010; San Diego Union Tribune

 

 
Procedure

Such bids shall be received in the Purchasing Department of the Chula Vista Elementary School District located at 84 East J Street, Chula Vista, California and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and place.

Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents, which are now on file and may be obtained in the District's Purchasing Department at the above address.  For information call, 619-425-9600, ext 1483.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or bidding.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.
